What is homeroom? How do we know what our home room is?

Homeroom is just your first period class. Before your first class starts you will listen to the national anthem and listen to the announcements and then your class starts.

Is homeroom the same room in the second semester?

Your homeroom will be different in second semester. When you get your timetable, look at second semester then look under the "Day 1" column. The first class listed under Day 1 will be your homeroom for second semester.

I missed the grade 9 orientation and I don't know what my locker number is. How do I get one?

Sorry you missed the orientation but don't worry we have a locker for you. On the first day of school, go to your first period class. That teacher will provide you with a locker, just remind him or her that you don't have one yet. Don't forget to bring a lock-or buy one at the main office, and give the combination to your teacher. If you have any problems at all, just come and see me in the Guidance office or stop me in the hall.

Do we have a choice of where are lockers are or do you guyz assign us lockers?

Your locker will be assigned. It will be right outside your first period class. You will get that information on the Thursday before school starts when you pick up your timetables and meet your teachers. You'll get an invitation for that day in the mail.

So we can't choose our lockers to be with our friends? What if our locker ends up near someones who bullied us in Elementary School, and they continue to do so?

You've really thought of a good question. We organize the lockers so that it is outside of your homeroom. We find this helps students by helping them get to first period on time. The issue of bullying is important. It simply won't be tolerated. If it ever happens to you or someone you know you just need to let a teacher know about it. We have many ways to handle bullying situations, you DO NOT have to confront bullying alone, we will help.
